Meeting Rooms

Reed Arena has five meeting rooms. One, on the third floor, has a total floor space of 6,000 square feet. A unique feature of this room is the view. The bay window overlooks Kyle Field and the main campus, and at the opposite end of the room, windows overlook the arena floor. This room can be divided into two rooms.

The second floor features four smaller (1,200 square feet) rooms, each of which can be divided into two rooms. The second and third floors both feature public and service lobby areas and restrooms.

The versatile second floor rooms are used for meetings, luncheons and dinners. The third floor room is used for larger meetings, wedding receptions, gala dinners and smaller exhibits.
