Admission

All fans must have a ticket for admission. Texas A&M students holding a student ticket must have a valid I.D. card for admission. Student guests must have a guest sticker affixed to their ticket for admission. Those can be purchased (on gamedays) at all stadium ticket booths.

Age Requirements:
Children under 2 are permitted free of charge in general admission seating at regular season Texas A&M athletic events. General admission seating is not available for all sports. Every fan, regardless of age, must have a ticket in reserved sections. All sections at Kyle Field are reserved. Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter Kyle Field, including infants.

Youth pricing, unless otherwise specified, applies to fans HS age and under.

General Admission:
General Admission tickets guarantee admission to the event, but do not guarantee that seats will be available in sellout situations. Those holding general admission tickets are encouraged to arrive early to ensure they have a seat. General admission tickets are restricted to areas designated for that purpose. In some sports, General Admission and TAMU student seating is combined. In other sports, a specific area is held for TAMU students with public General Admission seating located elsewhere. There is no General Admission section at Men’s Basketball.

Announcements

Announcements and paging will not be made, except in the case of emergencies.

ATM Location

There is one ATM located in the hallway of the main entrance located across from section 113.

Bags/Backpacks

Bags are strongly discouraged but permitted upon search.

Banners/Signs/Flags

No unauthorized banners, signs, or flags may be brought into Reed Arena.

Box Office

The main box office is located at the main entrance across from the Student Rec Center.  Four satellite box offices are located at the North, South, East, and West entrances.  The Reed Arena box offices are operated by the 12th Man Foundation.

Cameras

Athletic Events: Video and still cameras are permitted inside Reed Arena however professional cameras are not permitted.

All Other Events: Varies depending on event.

Concessions

Concession stands are located throughout arena concourse. Credit cards are accepted at all permanent concession stands in the arena.

Code of Conduct

Reed Arena is committed to providing our guests with positive and enjoyable experiences.  When you attend an event at Reed Arena you can expect to be assisted by our friendly staff whose main priority is to provide you with excellent customer service.  To ensure all guests can safely enjoy our events we have established the following set of rules:

  • Guests appearing intoxicated will be denied entry or removed from the arena.
  • Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing are not permitted on arena property.
  • Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures will be subject to removal from the arena.
  • Guests interfering with the progress of the event or going onto the playing surface or stage will be removed from the arena.
  • Any guests engaging in behavior that is deemed by our staff to be disruptive or unsafe will be asked to leave.

Court Access

There is no post-game access to the basketball court in accordance with SEC rules.

Doors

Doors open an hour prior to all TAMU athletic events.

Elevators

Elevators are located by the main entrance hallway across from section 113.

Family Restrooms

Family restrooms are located across from sections 105 & 118 and on the lower level North floor corridor for guests requiring additional space or assistance.

First Aid

For Athletic Events: The first aid station is located on the arena floor by section 108.

For All Other Events: The first aid station is located at the main entrance across from section 113 and next to Guest Services.

Handicap Guest Services

Reed Arena has designated parking spaces for vehicles with handicapped permits in front of the building as well as in the lots adjacent to the North and East entrances. All three of these entrances to the building are accessible for people using wheelchairs.

Handicap accessible seating is available upon request through the box office for ticket events.  For non-ticket events, the top three rows in each section are reserved for individuals with impaired mobility.  The top row is reserved for wheelchairs and includes one companion seat for each wheelchair space.

Lost & Found

Items found at Reed Arena are returned to the main office. To claim lost items, come by the office or call 979-862-7334 for more information. Reed Arena is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Parking

Pets

No pets are permitted in Reed Arena.  Service animals are permitted in accordance to ADA regulations.

Prohibited Items

Reed Arena does not permit the following items:

  • No Outside Food or Beverages
  • No Weapons
  • No Tobacco Products
  • No Unauthorized Banners, Signs, Flags
  • No Balloons
  • No Noise Makers, Air Horns, or Laser Pointers
  • No Roller Blades or Skate Shoes
  • No Tripods
  • No Strollers
  • No Items Deemed Unacceptable by Building Management

Recycling

Brazos Valley Recycling is the proud provider of recycling for Reed Arena and Texas A&M Athletics. Make sure you look for the Green recycle bins at Reed Arena to recycle all your plastic bottles and cups.

Re-Entry

Re-entry to Reed Arena is not permitted during ticket events.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located throughout the concourse and on the lower level.

Service Animals

Service animals are permitted inside Reed Arena.

Notify the Box Office if an aisle seat is required to accommodate your service animal prior to purchasing tickets.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited inside Reed Arena. You may only smoke in the designated area outside the arena located across from section 118.

Special Needs Requests

Hearing impaired devices are available to check out from Guest Services located by the main entrance.  Wheelchairs are also available for assistance to seat.
