Accessibility
Reed Arena has permanently designated parking spaces for vehicles
with handicapped permits in front of the building as well as in the
lots adjacent to the North and East entrances. All three of these
entrances to the building are accessible for people using wheelchairs.
In addition, for certain events, the entire lot in front of Reed
Arena (accessible from Olsen Blvd.) is designated for handicap permit
parking.
Wheelchair/mobility impaired/visually impaired seating is available
for ticketed events by contacting the Box Office manager at
979-260-8329. For non-ticketed events, the top row in almost all
sections around the concourse (mezzanine or ground level) is reserved
for wheelchairs and includes one companion seat for each wheelchair
space. In addition, for some events such as graduation ceremonies,
additional rows at or near ground level may be reserved for
individuals who have impaired mobility.
Special seating for people with visual impairments can be arranged
for non-ticketed events by calling Reed Arena Guest Services at
979-862-7334. Hearing assistance devices are available in Guest
Services, across from Section 113, near the main entrance. Elevators
are available to access the lower level, 2nd, and 3rd floors.
Restrooms are ADA-compliant and there are also family restrooms
available – two on the mezzanine level and one on the lower level.
Reed Arena staff members and ushers are available to assist anyone
needing help. If you need further information please call Reed Arena
Guest Services at 979-862-7334.
